Each employee will have a dedicated Team Lead to discuss issues that may arise. ISYS employees are given periodic informal reviews and annual evaluations of their performance. Compensation reviews are done annually or on an as-needed basis. It is an ISYS policy to recognize and reward employees who meet and exceed expectations.
