Civil Support Operations
ISYS provides engineering and Information Technology services to a variety of Federal and State organizations involved in Civil Support Operations. Two of ISYS’ larger Federal customers are the Department of Homeland Security and Department of the Interior. For the Department of Homeland Security, we support the Bureau of Citizen and Immigration Services performing incident management, systems engineering, Helpdesk, and 24/7 network operations support. For the Department of Interior, we have supported the Bureau of Land Management performing configuration management and Helpdesk support; the United States Geological Survey agency with software design, code, and test; and the Bureau of Land Management National Interagency Fire Center with Information Technology, network security, and system Certification and Accreditation (C&A) support. We also provide database administration and software development expertise to the State of Colorado’s Department of Revenue.
Other customers, we have supported with engineering and technical services include the Department of Energy, Department of Treasury, Department of Transportation, Environmental Protection Agency, and other Non-Government Agencies.
